Terms of Use

These terms apply to the website repentandpreparetheway.com and to the official Repentance and Holiness apps for Android and iPhone, published by the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness (“the Ministry”, “we”). By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Free to use

The website and the apps are free and need no account. We may improve, change or pause any part of them at any time.

2. The Ministry’s content

Teachings, prophecies, testimonies, articles, photographs, recordings and other materials belong to the Ministry unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to read, watch, listen and share links to them. You may not re-upload, sell, edit or republish them as your own, or use them in a way that suggests the Ministry endorses something it has not, without our written permission.

3. Official channels only

The Ministry publishes its apps only on Google Play, the Apple App Store and at repentandpreparetheway.com/app. Do not install copies from anywhere else, and do not use the website or apps — or the Ministry’s name, logo or leadership — to impersonate the Ministry.

4. Forms and messages

When you send a prayer request or message, please give accurate contact details if you would like a reply, and do not send anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Services provided by others

Videos are played through YouTube and the radio is streamed by Zeno.fm. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control.

6. Radio recordings

The apps let you record Jesus Is LORD Radio for your own personal listening. Recordings may not be redistributed, broadcast or sold.

7. Spiritual content, not professional advice

The teachings and prophetic messages are shared as matters of faith. Nothing on the website or in the apps is medical, legal or financial advice; please seek a qualified professional for those needs.

8. No warranty, and limits of liability

We work to keep the website and apps accurate and available, but we provide them “as is”, without guarantees that they will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, the Ministry is not liable for any loss arising from their use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
